8. Cow's milk 

Cow's milk has Iodine, which is essential for hair.


9. Eggs

They contain biotin and vitamin B-12, which are important nutrients.


10. Soybeans 

They contain significant quantities of Iron. Iron is an essential part of the blood production which is import to get oxygen to the scalp and the proper nutrients to promote hair growth. Soybeans also contain Vitamin E, which helps to improve blood circulation.
