To regrow your hair, you should do the following religiously:

1. Sleep at least eight hours every night

2. Drink plenty of water

3. Drink vegetable juice

4. Trim your hair regularly

5. Massage your hair with coconut, almons or olive oil twice a week

6. Use organic shampoo and conditioner

7. Wash your hair with lukewarm water. You can use boiled water; cool it before washing; make sure it is lukewarm, not too hot

8. Do not wash your hair very often

9. Never use chemical hair styling products

10. Never comb your hair when it is wet

11. Never smoke

12. Do not consume alcohol

Buy a juicer and make your own juice: mix carrot with cucumber, watermelon, capsicum and spinach; you can mix them, or you can drink them separately; add beetroot juice if you want. Make juice with your juicer and drink juice immediately (within ten minutes); do not buy juice in a supermarket.

If you do the above religiously for at least six months, you (as well as your colleagues at work) will notice a huge change. You will look much younger than before. You will have glowing skin and thicker hair. Also, you will feel younger! Also, you will feel both physically and psychologically much better than before.
